Paisley - seriously, go up to 2 sprays. 1 isn't even a therapeutic dose for us surgical girls, it's barely tickling the ol' estrogen receptors.
I'm now on a 50 patch and can feel it kicking in already (bit more energised, boobs making an appearance etc.). As I've got no idea how long it'll take me to source my supply of 3 months worth of proper Estrogel up here, I thought i'd better in the meantime.We can do this together, ok? I'm just as wary as you, trust me! xxxx
