A large glass of chilled water and a banana whilst watching "Innocent" yesterday evening (quite a nice combo actually!), magnesium and a hot water bottle at bed time and I slept through from 10:30pm 'til 6am :-) :-) :-) .  I've started today with salt on my boiled eggs, yum yum.  Onwards and upwards ! x

Salt is salt Girls - doesn't matter where it comes from and why transport it from the Hymalaya when it's mined in Cheshire.  Think of the miles, Girls, think of the miles  ;)

I didn't sleep well.  Busy dreams.  Legs ached.  Must take Nurofen B4 bed.  Bananas and cream would be my choice, do you think that Baileys poured over would suffice?

Lots going on next week ...... trying to sell a property but UK market is depressed, trying to keep on top of my garden etc., etc., .......

This too will pass.  1st World problem  ::).

I don't like Baileys so may well opt for cream, brown sugar and a banana ;-) - if I had cream, that is.
