Hi all.
My GP has given me HRT but I haven't started it yet due to my period, which has been early all year, now not arriving!
I'm not getting hot flushes as such but I'm definitely warmer overall than usual. This has led to ****ly heat on my hands and feet but during the day i cool down and my hands get quite cold, so I've now developed chilblains on a couple of fingers!
Had anyone else had these at the same time?
