Hi there everyone - thought I would add this info to this thread, as although it has been mentioned a few times on here, this is the first thread I think that Lenzetto was mentioned.

Today Lanzalover asked about the licensing of Lenzetto in UK because it is available OTC in Spain and appears to be licensed in EU and has a licence number through MHRA in UK but not listed on our database of medicines EMC.

I thought I might as well write directly to the manufacturers so having hunted them down I wrote to them today and was surprised to get an answer straight back!

"Many thanks for your enquiry regarding Lenzetto (Estradiol) Spray.

I have spoken to a few of my colleagues within the Gedeon Richter UK office and they have confirmed the following information:

“This product is licenced in the UK, but not launched.  Launch is expected early in 2020, so watch this space.”

No further other then the above has been provided.

I hope you information we have been able to provide is helpful.

 Kind Regards,

(name supplied)

Diamond Pharma Services working on behalf of Gedeon Richter UK LTD"

It's actually manufactured on OZ by a different company Acrux.

Don't hold your breath...

Good sleuthing Hurdity and good news. I wouldn't mind giving it a try. Although I didn't absorb gel and personally love patches, it's always a positive to have more choice x

That sounds good.  I can't tolerate the patches so gel or tablet are my only real options.  I'd like to try this x

Hi ladies - those of you who are desperate to try Lenzetto can easily buy it in Spain if you or someone you know is travelling there. Hope that helps.

Bad luck Annie. Always an excuse for a wee sojourn to the sun though!

Unfortunately our finances only stretch to one trip abroad each year.  I'll wait until it's available here x

Thanks for looking into this Hurdity. Sounds very promising - another method of delivery.  The more forms the better for those of us who have probs with absorption.  Not sure why you say don't hold your breath - do you doubt its launch here will actually happen in early 2020?  What would be brilliant is a wider range of progesterone variants with Utrogestan somehow stabilised for release in patch form in lower doses maybe.  A girl can dream!

Sammiejane this thread is just about Lenzetto and not testosterone. Please ask your question on another relevant  thread or start a new one. Otherwise all the threads end up being about the same topic and then other members will have difficulty finding the information about other stuff. Ideally start your very own thread!!! All the best :)

Just a quick update on Lenzetto spray which I purchased recently in Spain.

It's quite a ingenious little thing and is designed in cone shape so none of the product escapes into the air when sprayed as you place it firmly on your skin and it's nearly dry by the time you lift it off your skin.

It's applied on the inner forearm between your elbow and wrist or can be applied on your thigh. I apply mine on my inner forearm close to my wrist.

For me it works exactly the same as gel I haven't noticed any difference whatsoever but I have only been using for about 4 weeks.

I would give serious consideration to swapping to this product when it's available on the NHS as there's no hanging around waiting for it to dry and none of the hassle of trying to remove the residue of patches etc and in my opinion  its a much more user friendly product.

I think Lenzetto is a great product and I used it for over a year.

Unfortunately, due to migraines, I've had to go back to Oestrogel because my migraine specialist said the way the gel is absorbed makes it more stable but I'm an unusual case and this won't affect the vast majority of women.

If definitely worth trying.
