Hi every one.
After reading this forum for probably the last 12months, I finally thought
I'd write to you all and say Thank You, because you all in one way or another made
Me realise that I'm not going mad, and that I'm not alone in this horrendous journey.
I'm 53, 3years post meno, and take femoston conti ultra low dose. Had a break off them
And lasted 4months before everything especially very low mood and anxiety came back
So put myself back on them in February and now I seem to be better again.(apart from
The odd day when the anxiety comes and gets me again) So, a massive THANKS to you all.
And I hope to post more as time goes on.
