Chest infection Help
« on: March 01, 2018, 08:31:35 PM »

A few weeks ago when I had a chest infection and a cough which lasted all of Jan/Feb someone on here gave me the name of something you can buy over the counter in Spain and is routinely given with antibiotics I did make a note of it at the time and put it somewhere safe until we next went to Lanzarote I have been looking for it tonight and cann't find it now if the person who very kindly gave me the info reads this could you give me the details again please ?

Many thanks

Hi LL I'm the guilty party 😂 it was called Fluimucil Forte 600mg it's an effervescent tablet just pop in a glass of water and it fizzes up and drink it when dissolved I'm sure it was one a day but check with farmacia and they'll confirm,it breaks up mucus very well and as I said before it's routunely given with antibiotics for chest infections,it's excellent, around 6 euros I think.have a great holiday and stock up lol.xx

Thanks Daisydot

I have looked everywhere I can think I may have put the note but cann't find its obviously in a very safe place it will be interesting to find out where I did put it when it eventually turns up.

Thanks very much for repeating the info I will buy some next week.

Hope you are well and once again many thanks.

Yes I've hardly coughed at all while we have been here.

Called in the chemist this afternoon Daisydot and purchased the Fluimucil thanks for your help.
