Thank you Dancinggirl. I've had headaches my whole life so I don't think the supplements are giving me them.

I might try stopping them for 2 weeks and see what happens.

Don't want my night sweats to return though. 😡

I'm afraid I doubt the herbal remedies will be stopping the night sweats - in the peri stage the night sweats and flushes tend to come and go with the fluctuations of the hormones.
I have had headaches all my life but they were much better when I was on HRT.
