Hi
Just reading your post and it made me feel that I am not alone.  This is the first time I've posted anything on here, having a really bad day today.  Got to work and sat in the car crying because I just couldn't face going inside and being with people.  It is not that is isn't even a nice place because everyone is lovely.  I just don't seem to be able to cope with the pressure and can't stop crying.  Supposed to be going to a meeting in Paris tomorrow for two days, someone else is going now which just makes me feel totally inadequate.   It is normal to feel like you are going out of your mind during the menopause?

You are not inadequate at all, you have recognised that you are unable to go to Paris ........ probably wise anyway due to the snow scare across the UK! so the job will get done.  If you had broken you leg ? ...........
