Progesterone query

Evening all, hope you've had a good day :)

I am now just about 2 weeks into Novofem, and I have one more oestrogen-only day before I start the oes/prog tablets. Things seem to be going ok so far, the headaches that led me to the doctors to ask about HRT initially have stopped. My only symptom is a nagging period pain with nothing to show for it but this has been going on for a bit (not had a bleed for about 8 weeks). Hopefully I haven't just jinxed it!

My question is do you tend to feel any different on the progesterone phase of the tablets?

TIA
Mogster ;)

Hi Mogster, I know this isn't what you want to hear but there's absolutely no way of knowing until you try them. Some women sail through the progesterone bit, even feel better during that part of the cycle, others find progesterone incredibly difficult to tolerate. there's also the issue that there are loads of different progestins, so you may hate one and then get on really well with another.

Hi Racjen

Thanks for commenting - I did wonder whether that would be the case!
