Sandrena gel

Changed from four pumps oestrodose to four sachet of sandrena four days ago as dr said i wasnt fully absorbing oestrodose. The sandrena is supposed to be more concentrated but I feel worse. Flushes r back and I am as grumpy and angry as hell. Any idea what is going on or am I just weird?

It could be that it's too high a dose .
Perhaps the Oestrodose wasn't working because it's not as good as Oestrogel.

I presume it is the 1 mg dose? Your doc has given you a higher dose as well as a more concentrated one! I think we discussed this on another thread that 4 pumps of oestrogel = 3 sachets of 1 mg Sandrena - but absorption is key. Are you spreading it on the same part of your body and at the same time? Not sure why flushes would return?

When my flushes returned I upped my patch of oestrogen and it stopped them. Maybe you just need some time for the Sandreana to absorb and your body to get used to the dose. Re the grumpiness it's a bit weird as I feel like that on higher doses of oestrogel.
God I've got a headache just trying to fathom it all out x
