I hope it continues to be good for you. I think there are some things that change immediately and others take more long term use.
It is still worth looking at diet and lifestyle to help you with the other things. Although one would hope that having more and better sleep will eventually give you more energy
I think I have more energy on hrt but nowhere near as much as I would like, so I have to pace myself.
