Itchy skin (like ants crawling over me) was one of my first symptoms of low oestrogen x

Itching all over the body is a sign that your oestrogen is too low. I found it happened to me a lot, particularly at night.

Is there anything that really helped with the itching ? I have taken a hay fever tablet and it eases it for so many hours but it's started again

As oestrogen levels drop so the body may become dry: inside, out - nostrils, deep in the ears, eyes, skin, vagina
- read up on those threads here. Also the muscles may become lax = aches and pains. Bugga ..........
I use
Vaseline
hand cream as necessary on my legs etc., getting into my ears is a different issue we call it 'spaniel ear' in this house
