aaaw thanks - given that I suffer badly from morning anxiety it was a bit of an ordeal. My daughters (aged 17 and 21) thought it was really cool!
Dotty, the problem is that I naively thought a couple of appointments later I'd be all sorted out and not need anymore attention, so I was prepared to spend a couple of hundred quid. What I hadn't realised is that hormonal mood disorders are far more complicated to sort out than physical ones, plus the extra factor that due to chemo my hormone levels were pretty much nil so it's taken months just to get them anywhere near normal, and now it also looks like i have a problem with progesterone intolerance. So I can see this stretching on and on and costing me a fortune, which I just don't have.
