I appreciate all your advice and understand how much you can give. My Gp is not great re hrt I seem to have to say what I want and can't afford to see private consultant again. I did say to my Gp I will try norethisterone at 2.5 for 10 days and did print of the other to and said if I can't tolerate it can we try others. Yes I have been taking oestrogel all the time. I did ask if oestrogel is same as estrodose what I've just got from my chemist are they the same? I do have a nhs appointment in April so I see how I go. Thank you for all advice.

Yes, Estrodose is basically the same as Oestrogel.  DG x
