Burning arms
« on: January 04, 2018, 11:16:16 AM »

Does anyone else suffer from a burning feeling in their forearms at night?  I'm getting it in the early hours of the morning.  Feels like a hot flush but in my arms.

I haven't had this in my arms but in many other parts of me such as thighs, head, and even my feet.  It seems to vary every few weeks for me.  Unpleasant and mystifying, will look forward to other reponses.

Hi aspie65

I've read its due to low oestrogen.

It can also be referred nerve pain from the neck.  I sometimes get it in my arm where it feels very sensitive to the touch.   I do neck stretches for five minutes every couple of hours and by the next day it feels much better x

I get a burning pain in the muscles of both arms - I have been taking statins and didn't have symptoms B4.
