So I've been on Elleste Duet 1mg for 4 weeks night sweats and hot flushes gone 👍 Saw my Doc yesterday my aching legs were still aching and my sleep unchanged 😢 My Doc prescribed Amytriptyline she mentioned this before and said it should help me sleep and probably help my aching limbs but I wasn't sure as I know it's an antidepressant but yesterday I said I would try, So last night I took one an hour before my normal bedtime and I slept like a baby 💤 first time in god knows how many months I've had a good nights sleep, even hubby noticed I wasn't restless and I can feel an improvement in my legs so it's looking good 👍 Fingers crossed it will stay that way.

I'm on 10mg amitriptyline for nerve pain in my back and it's been amazing for my sleep.  I've been on it 7 months but I think I'm too used to the dose and dr said I can increase to 20mg which I haven't as yet.  But the back pain is returning and sleep isn't as good.   It's amazing at low doses for other things x
