It must be dotty I've not slept like this for years plus this last year has been extra bad as I had flashbacks from an accident so that complicated things but funny enough on Premarin the first hrt, I had the most vivid nightmares for the month or so and that stopped when I changed to patches and then my sleep improved but I felt like I had dips as week went on and patch needed changed so I've been on the Oestrogel now around 3/4 weeks along with vagifem inside and estriol cream outside and I'm managing it all pretty good.I also take vit d3 spray and vit b complex and I do a list and Knock off the baddies it keeps you positive.xx

I got it via the private consultant at Nuffield but boots gave me oestrodose and not Oestrogel so I found the online clinic and I had a private consultation online with their gp explained I was on one but wanted the other so all in I got the consultation and private prescription which they send internally to their pharmacist then it's posted out first class Royal Mail and I got before 1pm next day £29,99 total, just in case you struggle to get it.xx

One bottle dotty but that includes the consultation with private doctor and the prescription and postage,I know it seems a lot but I just paid £195 to a menopause specialist so I didn't want to pay out loads again to try and get the Oestrogel that's why I did that so next time when I go to chemist with my prescription from gp I'll take the box with me and show him what I want not oestrodose

Hi Linsey44 yes I did read that and thank you that was my plan.next week I go to see gp as my consultants report is now through with his recommendations so I had gotten a private prescription from him and boots gave me oestrodose then I read your thread and decided I would order the Oestrogel from online clinic, collect my prescription hopefully from gp on Tuesday then go armed with my Oestrogel box to Superdrug as he's very nice and quote what you said in your post I have it all carefully planned lol.whats the betting it goes tits up lol.
I will let you know how I get on as I'm determined not to keep forking money out to these people I've worked hard and paid my dues like everyone else so it's time for the system to help me.thanks so much for your advice again it's much appreciated xx
