hi all im 41 and have been going through the pre menopause for a while but the last year has been worse periods few if any i have hot flushes no sleep hardly i ache all the time but the worst i think is that i am exhausted to the point i just cry i am so exhausted  been to doctors a few times and my levels show my overies are doing nothing now they have gave me a pescription forevorel sequil patches but im scared to start using them with all the risks need some advice please thanks emma x

I understand the exhaustion . That's exactly how I feel . It's awful xxx

hi thank you for responding im so exhausted breathing seems a effort its so hard to know what to do but i know i cant carry on like this i feel so sad i feel like this isnt my body anymore i feel like i am not me xx

Do start the patches and try not to worry - as Dotty says! Eventually you might want a higher dose once you've settled on these - but take it slowly and see how you get on - hopefully you will soon be reaping the benefits
