....Good afternoon to you all ! I have just joined your site, after searching over the last few days for advice on peri-menopause. Ive had a bewildering set of symptoms the last few years, and it has now become clear to me in the erratic nature of my periods ( changing cycle length, vastly changing length of flow every month) over the last year, that this is certainly peri-meno (GP agrees). So, I come to join you in the hope I can soak up advice and knowledge of those here, and hear from anyone else who is struggling at this time. I wish I could just 'sail through' as some do, but having had a hormonal psychosis after giving birth, and been taken off the tamoxifen breast cancer drug from psychological changes, it seems its not to be. I am also unable to have HRT.
