Burchers - when you say Estriol cream - is this local oestrogen for vaginal atrophy or are you starting full systemic HRT?
Where are you in your meno journey? Are you still peri meno? It would be unusual to get sore breasts with local oestrogen as so little is absorbed systemically but it would be quite normal if using Oestrogel as full HRT (in the early stages of use) as the body will take time to adjust to the hormones.
