. Sitting whilst watching TV., typing etc.? A small adjustment particularly if you are in a working environment - where your Manager must make sure that you have the correct chairs etc. - can make a huge difference.
Are you hydrated? Lack of liquids can cause tension headaches. Relaxation therapy might help. Or yoga - we have various threads here about exercise etc..

Intolerance food tests need to be done under the care of a specialist. The idea is to withdraw 1 food that is thought to be causing problems and not eat it for 3 months, then gradually re-introduce it to see if there is a reaction.

Have you put on actual weight? My belly dropped a few years ago due to lack of oestrogen, which can cause muscle laxity. I haven't put on weight but look fatter
