Check your pillows? When did you last buy new ones, it might be worthwhile changing for a different type. How do you sit whilst working? Bad seating positions cause all types of problems
. Sitting whilst watching TV., typing etc.? A small adjustment particularly if you are in a working environment - where your Manager must make sure that you have the correct chairs etc. - can make a huge difference.
Are you hydrated? Lack of liquids can cause tension headaches. Relaxation therapy might help. Or yoga - we have various threads here about exercise etc..
