Hi Taz
No I don't have anxiety.  I just feel awful and can't do anything because I feel so ill.  Thought the nausea was better this morning, but it's come back now.  Just don't fancy anything to eat. xx

Is it like motion sickness? It could be silent migraine from hormone imbalance. It's truly relentless and not the same as stomach nausea which can be eased.

Driving and being around noise and lots of people can make it much worse. However, at my worst, even ensconced in bed trying to stare at one spot couldn't relieve it.
