I wondered if anyone knew if I need to take Tibolone tabs as directed on the blister pack. I usually start on a particular day...i.e. a Monday and continue throughout the month. This time Iv somehow mixed up the days etc and started bleeding, feeling a bit low and irritable.

Iv been on them 5 months. Initially I bled for the first 7 weeks then stopped.

The tabs are all white and start monday, tue etc etc.

No, to the best of my knowledge they are all the same, and you just take one a day from anywhere in the pack. I have other (non-HRT) meds packaged with days of the week on them, for no apparent reason.

From what I remember there's no difference from any day.  Think they just put days on them for our convenience so we know when we've taken them

Phew..thanks ladies!! I was worried I had possibly mixed up my oestrogen ones with progesterone.

I have one more pack left then Im due for a review of them.....not sure why Im bleeding again as its a HRT for post menopausal women. 😟

It's worth mentioning the bleed to dr but I have read bleeding in early weeks can happen
