Feeling stiff
« on: October 03, 2017, 11:21:31 AM »

Hi ladies just wondering if any of you experienced this on hrt?
I started my first femseven sequi phase 2 patch last night and I'm as stiff as a post today  ??? When I go to move after sitting I feel the stiffness especially in knees and bottom of back but it then goes once I start moving it's very strange. No ache at all when sitting still. I'm not worried about it I was just wanting to know if it could be caused by the progesterone ?

Have this regularly and I am not on Hrt ... yet . When I get up from a sitting position, I am very stiff in the lower back , and as I go to walk it takes me a couple of strides to straighten up ! Also have no pain ... just stiff !  53 going on 93 😳 X

I've just remembered I have hypermobility syndrome too so don't know if that is adding too it. I feel like I can't grip things properly nearly dropped the kettle before.

It's when you're double jointed.
