Yasmin may be an idea I never thought of that, I'm sure I've had angeliq but thought that was an HRT? Thanks so much it's good to know I have another option xxx

Angeliq is a HRT. It's the same progestegen as Yasmin. Angeliq has the bio identical estrogen, Yasmin is a pill and has the synthetic

I feel awful today! Hot flushes, don't feel like I'm quite here! Can't remember things,anxious the list goes on!
Not sure I'll take hrt tomorrow I feel so poorly ATM xx
