Sorry to post again! My period that lasted 7 days has not long finished and I feel yuk As well as strange feelings as mentioned in a previous post, I also feel really irritable, tired and anxious This can happen during holiday times when I've switched off, but zI have just gone back to work after the Summer break So just want to hide under the duvet!

Maybe keep all your posts on one thread 'cos I keep getting confused ..........
Eat every 3 hours - keep hydrated - both may ease your symptoms.

Hi Sammas,
I am with you. Started new job all went well but my tinnitus got really loud in the afternoon kept thinking a migraine was going to hit, imagine that on first day. My right arm and leg pains started last night and still going this morning back ache. I have my period which is I think just under two week late but I feel 100 years old.
Keep posting I know where you am coming from and you just want to all go away me too.
Coil out Friday for me I have the worst spots all over my chin like I'm 16
Menopause spec next Tuesday night
I am trying to eat and snack properly and also drink lots of water (toilet all the time though)
Keep strong

Sammas,
I am 43 soon to be 44 but feel so old!
I think I started all this madness about 3-4 years ago with the all this getting really bad the last 12 months.
No gp listens to me and says oh are you anxious I want to punch them

I had a GP that kept saying 'you are suffering with depression'. At the 3rd visit I went in and said "Yes! I *am* suffering with depression , due to non of the medical profession actually listening to me!" can't remember the result of that though
Maybe try a Practice Nurse in the Surgery?
