I like the taste of it too - just doesn't work for me ::)  I also love gripe water for babies ;D  Milkosan killed almost immediately like magic! £6 a bottle and would last for ages :)

I have suffered mouth ulcers for years, always coincided with week leading up to period, and I'm funding now that although I'm three years post meno I still have cyclical symptoms, some months more than others, I think the VA flares up around what would be the week before period, along with mouth ulcers if I'm going to get them, and then around what would be mid cycle I get tender breasts, again not every month but fairly often.

I have wondered whether to up my estrogel on that week to see if it control the VA flare up.

Daisy B I've not heard of milkosan, where do you get it?
I do make my own kefir, hate it, but it's good for me apparently!  ;D

Ljp - I was also making kefir but it aggravated my IBS so I stopped! Milkosan should be available from health food shop or you could try online.
