Hi maryG, started hrt gel this morning., although the only one available in Ireland is called divigel.it comes in sachets and is applied to thigh. I really hope this .works, but I was wondering if the one you get in Spain has the same ingredients and is just under a different name? Well I just hope today is the first day of my road to some normality x
