What is causing the vomiting?  A friend would suddenly be very sick with hardly any warning  :-\ , for about 3-4 years. Then it stopped. HORMONES  >:(

As for the needing to pee, maybe get your GP to prescribe appropriate treatment for vaginal atrophy.  Applied into the vagina every night for 2 weeks, it replaces the lack of oestrogen down there.  VA mimics urine infection-type symptoms.

Some ladies feel very warm and anxious B4 a true flush arrives.  Bugga .........

It sounds to me like a panic attack and you admit you have been more anxious therefore when you got the feeling you panicked. When I have a bad panic attack I can feel quite shivery afterwards and it can take me a couple of hours to recover from it. I presume it's the adrenaline then the come down.
