Hi Katia, i dont use utrogestan, only the vagifem.. but i did wonder if i increased my fluid intake would it help. i do generally have dry skin.  i find the vagifem turns into a sticky paste inside, makes me sore when i move about, the yes lubricant seems to help to break the vagifem down.. but also eliminates it faster. i have used vagifem for a long time, and its only in the last two years this has happened.. hope to see my gyne at the end of august.. i have recently visited the doc, who told me to use two  vagifem a day, morning and evening, who referred me on to  the womens care centre, who told me to use vagifem one day yes lubricant the next.. dont feel its working for me..

ahhh, I wonder if it's the vagifem that's causing a sticky paste and not the utrogestan?  It always seems so confusing as to what is helping what and what is causing what, especially as I'm new to HRT
