Swollen and achy?
« on: July 14, 2017, 07:26:03 AM »

Hi all just wondering if anyone else feels swollen and achy, my rings feel very tight and my feet feel swollen. I also feel very achy in general, feel 93 not 53. Not sure if this is hormonal.

I'd say it is as I've experienced it.  I think water retention can be common especially for me in warmer weather so I take tablets as and when required prescribed by gp, aches for me is usually when I lower my oestrogen dose

But as always best to get things checked over, although so many symptoms are meno we could be missing another health problem blaming everything on meno, although it is usually the blimming culprit !

The hot weather often causes joint swelling.

How long is your list now?  Presently it's my bowels  :( ....... I note that when it was very hot a few weeks ago rings that usually ease off OK were impossible to get onto my fingers  ::) - OK again now.
