)
omega 3s
relaxation/yoga/stretching - it is worth going through a routine before you try to sleep.
gentle exercise little and often
I am trying glucosamine/chondroitin at the moment but have nothing to report so far as I am still trying to find a way to take enough tablets without it upsetting my tummy

I have come to the conclusion that some of it is because of changes in the connective tissues due to reduced oestrogen, and some of it is because of tight muscles that won't relax and my body is often rigid - it is obviously hormonal in cause, because it started when I stopped the pill and all the meno stuff started, but I have not found a way to stop it!
I also take hrt. This has not eliminated it but I do not wake up in the night unable to move my head for the pain, so it is worth it for that
