I haven't read it either but then I've been away. It takes long enough to catch up on the menopause topics so the chat ones usually get missed!  I only noticed because it was locked in the All Things Meno Section! I see that several posts in that section have been moved and it's Monday morning so maybe Emma is having a spring clean?  I have noticed that posts get moved around from one section to another fairly regularly. Most of us don't have the time nor inclination to worry about things like that unless something was way off topic in a particular section - but it looks like Emma usually picks these up without any input from us!

Yeah- she moved a post of mine too. I've really only got time to read the general meno section but it does look like she's been doing some housekeeping to tidy things up. Otherwise, our off topic posts take up room in the wrong filing cabinet!

That'll be an early morning rush to the loo then!

;D it was but not until 7.30 a.m.  Slept through.  Woke full of anxiety but my breakfast tasted different - some bits were sweet and enjoyable  :o.  Have managed a cuppa and when the minutes silence is over will reach for a banana.

I have been inspired CLKD, I am going to try and change my eating/drinking habits.  When I did the supermarket shop this morning I bought cherries, blueberries, strawberries and nectarines. I deliberately didn't go down the cake/biscuit aisle.
I drink about 5 cups of tea a day (with one sugar). I am going to drink more water.

Let us know how you get on?!?

I've had a large slice of melon which was really 'going over' so right to eat  ;)
Only 1 light loo trip so far but my body still thinks it's hungry  :(

It's such a difficult balance.

My IBS has been in overdrive so I'm cutting back for a few days. I'm going on holiday soon and I don't want any trouble on the journey.

Then it's a case of reintroducing slowly. I've been over doing both the fruit and veg.

One big question I ask myself.......Why do I never learn  ::)

I NEVER learn! which is why when my gut goes into anxiety mode, I can't over come those feelings  :'(.  Over and over and ........

You have a lot of stress which won't help the gut!
