Hormone surges and drops
« on: May 31, 2017, 09:55:14 AM »

Hi ladies,

Last night I went from feeling tired to feeling anxious, burning upset tummy, sweaty and had a very unsettled night. I had no reason to feel like this.
The same happened last month when my period started, this time it's due in two days time.
Although something ha happened last month to bring my anxiety on.
I suppose what I'm asking is can this be due to hormone surges and drops?
Are these surges and drops so rapid and noticeable?
Is there and way of telling if it is a surge or a drop?
Sorry for all the questions.
Thanks
Shellb

Hi Sparkle,
Thanks for replying, it is so annoying, I can literally feel things changing within a minute, I can be on cloud nine at 7 o'clock and down in the doldrums at 7.01! Can't believe how quick things change!

I've no idea if it's a surge or a drop, but it's definitely a nuisance!  I can feel mine coming, a bit like standing on a beach and waiting for a wave to crash over you!  Horrible because there's nothing you can do.  I just tell myself to surf the wave till it's over!
