Sparkle, The sore throats and cough is a side issue It's the migraines, anxiety and irritability and tiredness on and off are the worst Hope you are ok? X.

Hi Sammas,
I'm exactly the same. I get a cough and bit of sore throat, headaches are all the time at the moment with buzzing in the right side. Gp and gyne both said no hrt due to migraines but I am convinced I will feel better if I tried it, all reading and research I have done (while not been able to sleep).
I have so many different symptons over last 18 months and all the tests check everything with all normal results (which is a good thing really)
I have now asked to go to menopause clinic
I would say try it you have nothing to lose
I'm 43 and feel like I'm going on 60! Let me know how you are getting on
