Hi there, any advice on painful hands??!! Sometimes down forearms too. Aching, tingling, crawling feeling mainly knuckles. Often worse in mornings. Often associated with anxiety. Anxiety is my main symptom and I'm doing CBT for that (thoroughly recommend it). Hands very unpleasant and a bit baffling. Cheers xx

Hello DHB and welcome to the forum.

I don't have this problem but reading your post made me wonder if the internal shaking that some of us experience is another manifestation of tendons and muscles reacting to changing hormones. Whatever the cause I hope it resolves soon.
