It is rubbish, isn't it? Think it can be worse when you've missed a period. Hopefully it is a one off. You could get Tranexamic acid from your GP (or Boots) and ibuprofen is supposed to help, though it doesn't make a difference to me.

Thank you..sadly gave up on pain killers years ago I might as well take smarties for all the good they do...the joys of being a woman eh....apparently there are some but right now they're evading me...😏
