Hi Lil, glad youre on the up. I am feeling better by the day. I had aged in the face in the 2 yrs of taking HRT and my skin looks better. I look less stressed and strained.

I am wondering of the alcohol had affected me as well as Lupus and ME sufferers have very similar intolerances.

Mad anxiety and weird thoughts gone.

Well that's good, I did ask the doctor what would happen if I stopped and she said bone, tissue and skin will suffer amongst other things.
I gave up ALCHOL nines years ago as made me so ill even a small amount xx

 :'( ohh crickey, I am in for a rough ride then. Probably a short term gain.

I dont drink either, been about 18yrs. Ppl think I am either an alcoholic or an antisocial freak...I dont care lol.

The doctor said it's because I started the menopause early so not a normal case so don't worry, (unless yours come early to ) xxx

Not early but the steroids cause bone thinning. I already have Ostopenia. I know the estrogen slows bone loss and the progesterone builds bone. Gotta get to the meno clinic I think

Ah right, my last born scan showed ostoprina to that was about eight years ago but luckly after getting help off here I kept asking to go for another and going next Wednesday.
If you could may be worth going and seeing if you can get someone to look at everything and see if can help more xx
