Can you get an appointment to see a specialist ( gyny or endocrinologist?)
You haven't said what you're currently taking or if you've tried ones with kinder progesterone in them. I'm assuming that you have.
Would it be worth e mailing your question to Dr Currie on this site?
Sadly, I think that some women just don't get on with any form of HRT so maybe looking at supplements and some form of therapy might help you more. Also, have you discussed with your doc the AD medication you're on? Maybe needs tweaking?
I don't know enough about it but just wanted to say hi and that I'm thinking about you. I'm currently struggling with HRT too and reckon it's the progesterone so I need to discuss moving to a long cycle with this but I'm a bit away from this as an option at present.
I know it can all feel overwhelming- try and do something you enjoy and get to see your doc to discuss.
Let us know how you get on x
