I had a new gas boiler fitted thursday/Friday last week and a radiator moved. When they were finished I was not too happy about the way they had fitted the flue and one of the pipes to the radiator was very wonky. Anyway, I emailed the firm on Saturday morning with photos. Got a phone call today at 0820h from the boss of the firm He came at 9am with a different much better flue brace and fixed the wonky pipe.
Excellent service, could not have asked for more. I am a happy camper. On with the painting now..........
