Why is it so hard being a woman and this perimenopause seems never ending, so far i went 6 months without a period and then 8 months, I'm not on hrt at the moment, been off it now for 15 months and I'm feeling rubbish, at the moment i only take vagifem.
My biggest problem in low mood, feel so low all the time, my first grandchild is due in June and i just feel low, i should be feeling excited. My other problem is breast pain, they are so tender!
The only time i felt good was the week after i was on.
