Thanks Annie, I'm afraid I'm not a candidate for tibolone because I have polyps  :( I was supposed to have a hysteroscopy/biopsy but anaesthesia is a concern because of cardiovascular issues, so I was referred to a cardiologist before I can even think of any hormone/tibolone treatment by one gynae but another said I could go on with oestrogen/prog.. confused!
