I just set a reminder on my phone and laptop. You can set a reminder at whatever interval you need. I use google and Thunderbird calendars. I prefer thunderbird but haven't worked out how to synch that with my phone. Google synchs easily with laptop and phone.

I have also used a "manual" backup of just writing the next change day on a new patch and sticking it inside the bathroom cabinet so I see it every day. Sometimes I think these KISS methods work the best. 😀

Okay - Thanks Dana.

(I'll try and work it out so that the Vagifem is taken on a different day to patch change.)

Only concern is that longer use of patch could create fluctuations.

Hope it continues to work for you.

I haven't found any fluctuation issues myself, but of course everyone is different. Hopefully it will work for you.
