Check out Dr Sanjay Gupta on You Tube - so many wonderful videos on palpitations and the heart - been watching them tonight, learnt so much and put my mind at ease as I\ve been having palpitations for ages.

Read through with interest, always reassuring to hear others in a similar boat 
I had an ECG today as my heart rate has gone up and I'm not feeling 'well'. No obvious reason for this 'sinus tachycardia'. Before when it happened I increased my HRT and it settled, but now I'm on a high dose patch anyway.
Had bloods done too so guess I wait for those, maybe I'm not absorbing the oestrogen.
Only anxiety I've got is wondering if my heart can cope with this pace
