Can anybody help as I'm so frustrated with my hrt at the moment. I have been on a continuous hrt for about 7 years. At first it was fine but the last 6 months have been horrendous, not being able to sleep, weeping, wanting to pee every 2 minutes, all the classic symptoms of low estrogen. My problem is that I can't seem to tolerate estrogen on its own in a cyclical hrt as I feel very anxious. Does anyone know what options I have as I'm desperate.
