When I went to the meno clinic at Guys in October they said the letter to my GP might take a while as they send them to INDIA to be typed, then sent back here!!   :o

That's ridiculous and probably a breech of confidentiality.  It was bad enough when Mum had a bad fall several years ago and her X-rays taken at 1.30 a.m. were read in Australia - apparently  ::)

There are surely enough secretaries in the UK ?!?
