VA is vaginal atrophy - you'll find a lot of threads on this topic on the forum. It's really not nice.

....or its new name which has the catchy title of "Genito-urinary syndrome of the menopause" - or GSM for short, not to be confused with FGM..... I wonder who dreamt that one up

(the aim is to communicate through its name that it affects the bladder as well as vag.)
