Just to add that I agree with Dancinggirl that you do sound very anxious about it all so try not to worry so much!

Also that there is no problem if you need to take a progestogen to give you a bleed - even if you are not currently taking oestrogen. If your lining has thickened then a progestogen will be prescribed anyway by the doc. The only problem with progestogens in the absence of oestrogen is in the very long term, as the lining can become over-thinned and atrophied - but this is not relevant to you.
