Just a small thing which might help some of you lovely ladies - I have noticed that if I change the shower head, so that it produces a gentler flow, it really helps with not much hair coming out. Also hair is softer and easier to maintain. I guess it depends on the hardness/softness of water but I think our area has very hard water. Downside is it takes slightly longer for hair wash but worth it!
Plus a couple of pumps of Argan Oil with the mousse or whatever really helps too
